A special note from Margaret about her artwork
Available now: Teddy Bear Paper Dolls, Hidden Bears Artwork
Coming soon: ACEO art, Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints
As a lifelong traditional artist, it is a thrill to be working on the three-dimensional "soft-sculpture" artistry of teddy bears!
But I am also excited to tie in my fine art painting skills with the world of teddy bears,
by creating original bear-themed paintings and drawings.
Right now I have several teddy bear paper dolls
that are my own original designs, and have started to create what I call "hidden bears" artwork
(find a bear hidden in the image or help a bear find other objects hidden around him!).
As I find the time to do so, I will be introducing original paintings and limited edition art prints on the Canna Bear Paint site as well.
Themes will include teddy bears (of course!), as well as wildlife art featuring grizzly bears, black bears, panda bears, polar bears, koalas, and so much more!
Have you seen our new gifts section? I am already putting my art on a selection of over
60 gift and apparel products, so be sure to take a peek!
If you want to be among the first to find out when new bear art has been introduced
on the Canna Bear Paint web site, be sure to sign up for our mailing list!
My artwork is very important to me, it has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember; both of my parents were artists and our family
has a history of art that extends back generations.
My professional training in art began in childhood, covering traditional medias such as watercolors,
oils, pastels, and pen and ink. In recent years, I discovered that I could apply traditional
fine art techniques to the new medium of digital painting! Yes, I sometimes create my art
start-to-finish on my computer, starting with a blank "canvas" on the screen. If you would like to find out more about my fine art,
I invite you to visit my artist's web site at http://www.naturalpalette.com
