Aldwyn is our very first tattered teddy! He has been created to look like a vintage bear, complete with
"wear" in areas that a real old bear would show wear on. His nose has been sparsely stitched, and his fur
rubbed away in places where a child would have grabbed on to lovingly carry him around.
In keeping with this theme, Aldwyn's name actually means "old friend",
it is a name that dates back hundreds of years and is of Old English origin.
Aldwyn is heavily weighted, has an old-fasioned teddy bear humped back and even has a teddy bear tail. His necklace
is a wonderful vintage flower necklace, which looks just as lovingly tattered as he is!
