Cecil is made from our extra special 'heart panda' pattern, where the panda patch of lighter
fur on his belly forms the shape of a heart. He is the smallest bear we have done from this pattern
so far, and he was challenging! We think he is just stunning with his soft red and white coloration
and fluffy scissor-sculpted cheeks. Cecil is both classy and cute, altogether a delightful bundle of fur!
