How do I purchase a bear from you?
Please contact us directly if you are interested in adopting a bear from our web site.
Our bears also travel with us to shows throughout the year, and we will need to confirm
that the bear you want is still available before you send payment!
We can be contacted by email at:
cannabear@frontiernet.net
You can also get in touch with us by filling out the online form provided on our contact page.
|
Forms of payment accepted:
We accept cash, checks, money orders, PayPal and can also process credit cards directly (this includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Please do not send your credit card information by email or through the form mail on our contact page.
We always prefer to take credit card information over the phone only, as it is the most secure that way.
Just get in touch with us if you'd like to arrange a direct credit card payment, we can exchange phone numbers to proceed.

Layaway:
We do now accept layaway payments in 2, 3 or 4-month installment plans on most of our bears,
though we prefer that the value of the bear be at least $150 if it is to be put on layaway.
Multiple bears can be grouped together on one layaway contract, with a limit of 3 bears per
person allowed at any one time. We have a layaway contract available, you are welcome to review it at any time.
If you require a more customized payment plan, we may be able to help, but we will need to discuss
it with you first. Examples might include taking a shorter payment plan on a lower valued bear
(for example, we might accept two payments on a $100 bear), or creating a longer payment plan on our most
expensive bears. We cannot agree to every request, but we will try to work to meet your individual payment
needs as best as we are able.
Please note that once a layaway contract has been signed, the bear (or bears) on the contract
must remain in our possession until payment has been made in full, with no exceptions. Again,
please email us with any questions or comments at any time, we look forward to hearing from you.
